Cleaning up the front end

Inorder to clean up the front end I got the plate holder paint matched, paint matched the side markers, removed the laminex film on the fogs, added a cupra lip and clear cornered the headlights. This thanksgiving I finally had the time (and balls) to take apart my headlights and retrieve the ugly amber corners to replace them with the clean looking clear ones. This process was the final step of completing my front, overall giving the B7 a cleaner look.

First the paint matched plate holder:

Then came the painted side markers (just used spray paint) and removed laminex:

Not so long after I did that some ahole thought it'd be nice and leave me a nice present (was now repaired during winter break):

Then the cupra lip:

Then finally the headlights:

Valentine V1

I purchased a Radar Detector (Valentine V1) in the Winter time, but only hardwired it this summer. Here are a couple photos.

New Brakes

It was time for some new brake pads, decided to go with Hawk Performance Pads that were not supposed to only help braking performance but greatly reduce brake dust that the OEM are so well known for. Figured I'd go ahead and replace the rotors as well, so I went ahead and ordered some Adam's slotted and dimpled rotors mostly for aesthetics purposes. Overall the pads are fantastic and have greatly reduced the brake dust.
